3. Web Design Process

   • Web Site Creation
     
     Following your approval of the site design, your design team builds your Web site. They write new copy and integrate your content (text and images) into the design.
   • Web Design Review
     
     After working with your designer to complete your Web site, your site will be made available for you to review before it is published automatically. You will have 14 days to review your Web site and make three revisions before it is published or delivered.
   • Publish
     
     After your approval, your Web site will be ready for publishing. Regardless of whether or not you make any revisions during the 14 day review period, please be aware that design will be considered complete after the 14 days expires.
   • Maintenance
     
     Your design team will be available for 30 minutes a month to update your Web site.
4. Guidelines on Providing Content
   
   The content for insertion should be provided in separate word documents with not more than 1 photo for graphic editing per page. Pages exceeding the number of pages included with the package deal will cost you extra. Our graphic designing rate per hour will be applicable for any extra design or photo editing work (like product catalogs, photo galleries, etc.). Please request for an approximate quote with your specifications if required. For this, please provide the number of total site pages and a couple of sample content documents which have the most content.
5. Site Branding Agreement
   
   (Please note the following mandatory requirement)
   • Direct Clients: We require all web sites designed by us to carry the Designed by CrestonWeb.com phrase with link (or a small 92x15 icon logo with link) on all your pages. There is an additional cost of 15% on the total cost of the project for not displaying this.
